Did you know that 80% of the face-to-face interactions a person living in a LTC community has is with a CNA? It is true, the CNA is the person the resident knows best and relies on for care. It is an honorable profession and I salute you for your choice to give back to humanity. It is a higher calling and one to be proud of indeed. There will be challenges and frustrations, but it is my wish for you to find a place that will support and care for you so that you can give the best care for your residents.
