Measuring height for a resident unable to stand
To get an accurate number you will need to have the person lay down on a firm flat area, if in the resident’s bed put the bed flat and ensure the resident is straight, not twisted in any way, with no shoes. Use a measuring tape to measure from the base of their feet to the top of their head.

There are several types of scales to measure weight. You will need to learn the type in your LTC community.
