Enrollment in any of our courses may be completed either in our Enrollment Office during business hours, or online at our website. As our class sizes are limited, course enrollment is on a first come/first served basis.
HOW LONG ARE YOUR COURSES?
Each course has its own clock hour requirements. Check specific course descriptions for length of each course.
WHAT AGE REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET TO ENROLL IN A COURSE?

DO YOU OFFER FINANCIAL STUDENT AID?
Allied Health Career Training does not offer financial student aid at this time, although we do provide payment plans. Most of our courses are priced so that our students won't have to take on expensive student loans with high interest rates just to get their education.
DO YOU OFFER CLOCK HOUR TRANSFERS?
Allied Health Career Training does not offer clock hour transfers at this time.
DO I HAVE TO PAY IN FULL TO REGISTER?
No, you can enroll in our courses by paying a non-refundable registration fee up front and you can then make payments on the balance. Balances must be paid in full prior to course completion, with the exception of Pharmacy Tech, and Medical Assistant. These courses have the option of extended payment plans beyond the end date of the class.
IF I SIGN UP AND DECIDE LATER NOT TO START THE COURSE, CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?
If you withdraw prior to the start of a course, you will be refunded all monies paid, minus a non-refundable registration fee. Any refund owed is calculated per our published refund policy which follows state regulatory guidelines.
IF I START A COURSE AND DROP, CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?
Once a course withdrawal form is completed and handed in by the student, any refund owed is calculated per our published refund policy which follows state guidelines.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I TAKE A COURSE AND FAIL?
We want all of our students to succeed. Should you fail a course your instructor will discuss options with you, such as tutoring or retaking the course.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A CLASS OR CLINICAL DAY?
If you miss, or are going to miss a class or clinical day you must contact your instructor as soon as possible to discuss options. At times, instructors are able to schedule a make-up session, but this is not always guaranteed due to time restraints. Students are responsible for paying any make-up session fees and all make-up sessions are scheduled by the instructor at their discretion. A make-up session does not necessarily guarantee that the student will be able to finish the class at the time specified in the course syllabus. Many of our courses are regulated by the state. These course hours are mandated and students must complete all hours in order to complete the course.
IF I AM UNABLE TO FINISH A COURSE BUT STILL WISH TO COMPLETE AT A LATER DATE WHAT DO I DO?
Students may transfer from an enrolled course to the same course type at a later time but will be subject to a transfer fee.
AM I ABLE TO TAKE MORE THAN ONCE CLASS AT A TIME?
Students may take as many courses as they wish, provided that none of the scheduled class times overlap.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO WEAR TO ATTEND CLASS?
With the exception of clinical days, students may wear street clothes to class. During the clinical portion of the course students must wear scrubs and shoes with closed toes and heels. Students will be supplied one set of scrubs (shirt and pant) during class, prior to the scheduled clinical days.
