Clinical Site Assignment & Attendance Tool
Upload a class roster, enter clinical sites, automatically assign students to the nearest site by address, print site-specific rosters, and take attendance manually or by QR scan. For best results, roster files should include at least student name and address fields.
1) Upload roster
Upload CSV or Excel (.xlsx). Recommended columns: Student ID, First Name, Last Name, Full Name, Address, City, State, ZIP, Email, Phone. The tool will try to map columns automatically.

2) Enter clinical sites
Add each clinical location with a site name, address, and optional seat capacity. Student and site locations are geocoded to estimate which site is closest.
3) Assign students to nearest site
This uses address geocoding and straight-line distance. Capacity limits are respected when possible.
4) QR attendance setup
The QR scanner expects a student QR value that contains either a student ID or email. Accepted formats include student:12345, id:12345, or an email address.
5) Attendance tools
Use manual attendance toggles from the site rosters below. QR scans instantly mark students present for the selected site and date.
Site rosters & attendance
Each clinical site roster shows who is assigned there and whether each student is present.
