EKG Technician Training

  • This course will train students how to administer EKGs (electrocardiograms) and stress tests, prepare patients for monitoring, and deliver final test results to physicians for analysis.

In some settings, a phlebotomist is also responsible for administering EKGs. Having a Phlebotomy certification is not required to take this course, but it is encouraged as having both certifications will enhance the potential for quality job placement.
