Scheduling Courses

How Course Schedules are Created

Scheduling courses is a team effort. Typically, instructors assist in the initial creation of dates and times so that we are sure to match up with our life schedules. From there, the schedule is verified through our admin staff before being finalized into the enrollment system.

Lisa Morse (lisa@alliedhealthcareertraining.com) - Upstairs at 2622 W Central takes care of all state submissions for courses. If the state needs to see it, she is who you want to see.

Mason Powell (mason@alliedhealthcareertraining.com) - Office in classroom A at 2622 W Central manages the input of courses into the enrollment system.

Instructors are expected to check their course schedules regularly to make sure there are no errors and that any requested changes are correct.

If you need to make changes to an already scheduled course, please notify both Mason and Lisa as the schedule may effect not only the enrollment system but what needs resubmitted to state.
