DIanne powell - founder/Owner/Instructor
Dianne founded and owns Allied. She is a licensed RN that manages the teaching/faculty side of Allied Health Career Training. Dianne is extremely focused and driven to accomplish. Dianne teaches, helps in hiring nurse/faculty members, sets up partnerships with care facilities and other members of our community to accomplish our goal of teaching a new generation of healthcare professionals.
Connor Powell - Executive Director / Chief financial officer (CFO)
Connor brings us vision; from the market to advertising he steers the ship for us. Connor handles HR-related matters, payroll, accounts, payments and anything related to the financial health of Allied. Connor helps us generate new partners, networks with our communities and helps to guide our growth. Connor is trained in business from WSU and is consistently growing and learning with us each day. Connor also takes care of building and property matters as well as helps with technology setup and support.
Mason powell - IT guy
Mason comes to us from the University of Kansas. He has 16 years experience working in higher education and information technology as well as management, human resources, and public speaking. He holds an A.A. in Arts with a focus in theater performance and a B.A. in Religious Studies with an emphasis on early Christianity and Maya Kingship. Mason uses project and business management techniques as well as his experience in systems analysis to steer our technology and support our use of it. Mason helps students during and after hours to ensure their success using our technology.
renee carrion - Director of Community engagement & Student success
Renee is works with students entering our programs through the Department of Children & Families (DCF) and Workforce of Kansas. Her office is actually located in the Workforce Center of Kansas located on North Amidon in Wichita. Renee tutors students, teaches Work Readiness classes, tables events for Allied all over the community. Renee builds partnerships with our community and ensure that our students are not only successful at Allied but in their lives.
Lisa Morse - Operations administrator
I moved to Wichita in 2015 and I decided to take a course at Allied. Soon after my course was complete I began working here as administrative staff. I schedule and proctor state exams, submit course applications and completed course rosters to KDADS, assist with scheduling classes, and handle day-to-day operations of the school.
